BREAK-OUT SESSION OPTIONS:

 

Option A: District “Hot Topics” Dialogue - This session presents division attendees with a forum to learn from the experiences of others and partake in an exchange that may yield added perspectives and ample ideas benefiting the board/district. Board members and administrators will have opportunities to engage in dialogue, pose questions, and share insight regarding challenges facing districts along with district innovations/successes. The topical preferences and conversations of attendees will greatly guide this open discussion session.

 

 

Option B: Board Presidents Roundtable: An Opportunity for Dialogue among Board Presidents/Vice Presidents - For current Board Presidents and Board Vice Presidents ONLY, take part in this opportunity to engage in dialogue, pose questions, and share insight about the board presidency amongst themselves. Examples of possible conversation topics include challenges of the board presidency, board dynamics/situations impacting a President/Presiding Officer, ideas to overcome presidential challenges, “hot topics” impacting boards, and a host of other areas. The topical preferences and conversations of attendees will greatly guide this open discussion session.
