IASB Sponsored Program:
AbundaBox™
Health and Wellness Resources for School Communities
AbundaBox is helping to remove barriers to care by delivering nutrition and healthcare resources directly to the homes of Illinois students and families. Resources are available for school districts to ensure students have consistent access to necessary health resources throughout the school year. AbundaBox is a health and wellness subscription service providing monthly HealthPacks filled with a range of essential products like over-the-counter health tests, vitamins, product samples, and more.
Eligible participants may qualify for custom health and wellness packs at no out-of-pocket cost, fully covered by existing government and insurance programs. District communications tools include a secure online form for students and family members to check eligibility. Upon completion of the form, AbundaBox will assess and verify eligibility for vital private insurance and government programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, WIC, SNAP, CHIP, TRICARE, and others.
In addition to monthly personalized HealthPacks, services available include AbundaCheck, a digital cognitive assessment tool to help monitor and improve cognitive health among students, and access to a network of healthcare professionals available 24/7 to offer medical guidance and support.
