Thank you to all the school leaders and public education advocates who were in attendance for the 2023 Joint Annual Conference, November 17-19 in Chicago.
As IASB begins to plan for next year’s annual event, the feedback provided by Conference registrants and attendees is valuable and wanted. IASB asks that all who attended the 2023 Conference take a few minutes to complete the online survey to help us continue to provide the premier training event for Illinois public school leaders. The deadline to complete the survey is December 8. An email with access to the survey was sent to all Conference registrants at the conclusion of Conference on Sunday, November 19.
For Conference attendees who would like to view handouts and presentation slides for a number of panel sessions presented during the Conference, those are available through the Conference app. To view the handouts, download the Whova Event App (Apple App Store or the Google Play Store) and then search for the 2023 Joint Annual Conference. Attendees must use the same email that was used for Conference registration to log in to the app.
Panel handouts can be found on the home screen of the app by selecting the “Documents” tab. Session materials can also be located by selecting the associated panel title in the “Agenda” section of the app. While handouts are available for many of the 2023 Conference panels, not all sessions will include a handout. The presentation materials will remain available until February 2024.
The gallery of 2023 IASB/IASA/IASBO Joint Annual Conference photos by Michael Hudson Photography is available to view. IASB member school districts are permitted to download digital images for use in school district newsletters, websites, and news releases to local media.
