IASB has published the 2024 End of Session Report, a resource produced by the Governmental Relations team to inform school leaders of legislative activity that took place during the Illinois General Assembly’s 2024 Spring Session.
The Report includes a general overview of legislative action relating to public education, as well as sections on the state budget, IASB initiatives, bills supported and opposed by IASB, new mandates passed by the General Assembly, bills that could reemerge in the future, and other notable topics and bills of importance.
The 2024 End of Session Report is available online. Members may request a printed copy by contacting the IASB Governmental Relations staff.
