Today, November 15, is School Board Members Day in Illinois. IASB would like to say “Thank You” to school board members across Illinois for their commitment to providing quality education opportunities for all students. This honorary date is our opportunity to give school board members the recognition they have earned for providing a local voice for community education decisions and serving an essential role as an elected board of education member.
